  • Directly from you when you agree to join our community group

  • When you communicate with us by phone, email or in person

  • When we, from time to time, contact you regarding our group meetings, community events, public consultations etc.

  • Contact information, including email addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses.

  • Records of communications and interactions we have had with you.

We use your personal data in order to keep you advised of statutory meetings, community updates, community events and/or public consultations.
